What decision-makers usually want to know.
What if our hospital already has an app?
StayAssist is designed for the inpatient admission moment. Its QR access requires no installation and can complement an existing hospital app by giving patients and attendants an immediate route to stay information and feedback.
Does the pilot require HIS integration?
No. The initial pilot is intentionally designed to validate adoption and operational value without making HIS integration a dependency. Integration can be considered separately if a later phase requires it.
How is this different from a paper feedback form?
StayAssist combines feedback with patient guidance, service contacts and help options. Its digital workflow can capture structured multilingual responses, NPS and exportable records for authorized review.
Who maintains hospital information?
Authorized hospital administrators can maintain approved guide content, contacts, FAQ, feedback questions and translations, while Trynamic Solutions manages product-level setup and branding.
How should patient data be handled?
Each pilot should use a documented privacy notice, limited data collection, hospital-specific access controls and agreed retention and deletion procedures. Detailed responsibilities are confirmed with the hospital before launch.
Does StayAssist guarantee NABH compliance?
No. StayAssist is not a certification or an endorsement from NABH. Its patient-information, structured-feedback and reporting capabilities can support a hospital's documentation, monitoring and quality-improvement processes.
Is Request Help an emergency or clinical-response service?
No. Request Help is intended for hospital-defined non-clinical service needs. Patients must use the hospital's approved nurse-call, emergency or clinical-response channels for urgent medical assistance.
